∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
All over printing, AOP Fabric, Compacting Machine, Finishing Fabric Washing Ma, Stenter Machine
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the heat setting of fabrics and manage fabrics shrinkage
∎ Manage & monitor the parameter finishing machines.
∎ To check the final printed strike off or developed sample quality
∎ Check the quality of fabric during drying In Stenter machine, Compacting Machine and Washing Machine.
∎ Follow up subcontract factory for after printed fabric finishing parts.
∎ Monitor and control the lead time for the production.
∎ Check & confirm the shade of fabric after printing finishing.
∎ Any others job assign by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbents will be given preferences who have practical experience of handling All over printing
∎ The candidate should be dynamic person with personal initiative and leadership skills.
∎ Strong communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Should have experience in handling of All over printing.
∎ Outstanding organizational & leadership skills.
∎ The applicant should have the ideas on Screen print,machine print, table print, level print,cut piece print,sublimation print & oval print.
Salary: Negotiable
