Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute order processing and ensure product delivery to customers on regular basis
∎ Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks
∎ Uploading website contents and product related information
∎ Listen to customer queries and resolve any customer complaints within due time
∎ Maintain E-commerce order generation system
∎ Maintain placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
∎ Good verbal communication skills
∎ Must be proactive and an active team player
∎ Ability to do multitasking and work under pressure
