Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Information System
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep accurate records of all daily collections.
∎ Party wise challan's update.
∎ Record accounts receivable.
∎ Update internal systems with financial data.
∎ Prepare monthly financial reports.
∎ Reconcile bank statements and other payment gateways/ providers.
∎ Working with in-shipment order status to lessen cancellation rate.
∎ Return management.
∎ Collect due amounts from A/C Receivables.
∎ Contact with different courier service & payment parties.
∎ Audit purchase bills, invoices and other supporting papers pertaining to bills.
∎ Prepare collection reports.
∎ Keeping & maintaining the records of every financial activities.
∎ Maintaining records of vendors for all kind of transactions.
∎ Keep records of purchase, sales & sales returns.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 13000 (Monthly)
