Answer Customer Questions
Resolving Customer Issues
Provide General Customer Support
Update Customer Records
Assist the Sales Team
Customer relationship Management.
Attending weekly meetings with the team Lead
Following office guidelines and reporting.
Working Hours: 10.00 AM - 7.00 PM
Working Days: Saturday-Thursday
Day Off: Friday
Probation Period: 6 months
