  • Smart, energetic, self-motivated and ambitious.   
  • Telephonic and verbal communication.    
  • Bangla and English typing Speed   
  • MS Office package skills.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Answering customer queries     

  • Providing information about products and services     

  • Processing orders and transactions     

  • Managing customer’s orders

  • Handling customer’s complaints   

  • Communicating with customers with various channels     

  • Collecting customer’s feedback

  • Attending meetings with the team Lead    

  • Following company’s policies and procedures    

  • Any other tasks assigned by the management/lead. 

Probation Period: 6 months

Working Period: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Weekend: 1 day/week (roster basis)
