Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking a Call Centre Agent to handle calls, manage queries, and telesales and marketing. Candidate should have experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate leads through follow-ups while ensuring excellent service.

We are looking for a Call Centre Jr. Executive to join our team. We would prefer a candidate with previous experience in the relevant area. Assure that customers get the finest service possible via call center services while also gathering comments and notifying the customers for follow-up. Additionally, guarantee that all the other orders are fulfilled

Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up Service: Generate leads through follow-up calls to customers and convert them into sales.
  • Manage online customer queries.
  • Need to handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Service Quality & Others: Ensure the finest service to the customers and improve many aspects of the services.
  • Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback by calling them.
  • Prepare reports as per requirement.
  • Other works assigned by the management.
