Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare wages sheet & on time disbursement of wages.
∎ Maintain files on all account receivables & update records as required.
∎ Maintain the records of Hands/Ton & Wage/Ton.
∎ Prepare reports of payroll on monthly & fortnightly basis.
∎ Prepare of receipts & payments statement.
∎ Check the daily expenditure vouchers & invoices.
∎ Follow up all kinds of vouchers.
∎ Ensure petty cash, cash management & cash disbursements are properly maintained.
