Responsibilities & Context
- Deal with Visa related inquiries from clients
- Process first-world country visas like US / UK / Schengen / Canada / Australia etc.
- Communicate with clients to provide visa counseling
- Ticket booking / GDS skills will be a special advantage
- Respond to client queries via online & offline channels
- Create a travel itinerary with flights, hotels & other travel services
- Keep sales records & report sales information monthly
- Manage all online & offline channels of communication-related to sales
- Keep up to date with visa rules of different countries
- Extra plus point for applicants with tour package/air ticket booking experience
- Other related tasks assigned by the admin
