Job Context:

It`s the only local manufacturer of building and any other construction-oriented chemicals. Now BCCL is looking for interested and qualified candidates for the following position:
∎ Job Location: Ashulia, Savar (Factory)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ For Quality Control:
∎ Organize and carryout analytical activities & Quality check of raw materials, packaging materials & finished products
∎ Prepare specification, test procedure and analytical test report of bulk products
∎ Prepare & maintain working standard
∎ Review & update analytical test method of bulk products
∎ Prepare & store volumetric solution, test solution & reference solution
∎ Maintain all compliance related laboratory activities & documentation
∎ For Quality Assurance: Monitor dispensing of raw materials as well as manufacturing & packaging processes.
∎ Handle the Batch document & Retention Sample and ensure proper investigation of quality incidents
∎ Prepare & implement the validation related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and protocols
∎ Organize and carry out microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products, water & environmental samples
∎ Maintain documentation, development and up gradation of test formats & record keeping.

∎ Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Both in English & Bengali.
∎ Advanced Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Web-Browsing.
∎ Should Be Proactive, Good Communicator, Self-Starter and Be able to work in a team environment.
∎ Should have good physical fitness and passion for job.
∎ Capable to work in a team and beyond time barrier.
∎ Smart, energetic & hard-working candidates are preferable.
∎ Should have Minimum 1-2years of experience as quality control/ quality assurance officer
∎ Experience in field Construction Chemical/ Admixture are highly encouraged to apply.
