• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference.

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Membership from AIB and RAJUK Nibondhon will be treated as an added quality.

• Analytical skills, Communication skills & oral presentation, Creativity, Problem solving skills, Technical skills, Visualization skills.

• Proficient in Auto CAD, Autodesk 3Ds Max, Lumion & Adobe creative suites.

US-Bangla Assets Ltd. is one of the prominent asset developers in Bangladesh is looking for proactive, dedicated and responsible candidate for the following position, who will prepare project scopes, prepare design for residential buildings like Condominium project, Stand Alone building or Gated community etc.

Job Description

• Consult with clients to determine factors such as design requirements, project site and budget.

• Aside from aesthetics, architects must consider an array of factors during the design process, such as functionality, building codes, safety regulations and construction costs.

• Conduct field investigations and analyze site conditions;

• Prepare the design and building blueprint.

• Inspect construction work in progress to ensure compliance with Design specifications; and perform related work as required.

• Writing proposals and presenting them.

• Coordinate the building process liaising with architects, project manager, engineers, surveyors & different designers of the project.
