Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Maintaining daily activities of accounting.
∎ 2. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
∎ 3. Verifying bills, relevant documents etc.
∎ 4. Closely monitor and operate all payments.
∎ 5. preparing all journal vouchers and other documents related with accounts.
∎ 6. Prepare financial report & budget variance report as per need.
∎ 7. Works in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel.
∎ 8. Any other task by management.
