• Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field).

• Experience in job placement, career counseling or HR will be considered an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Summary:

To ensure employment opportunities for the trained graduates by establishing linkage with industries and employers, identifying job opportunities, preparing students for the job market, and supporting them in successful job placement and career development.

• Establish and maintain regular communication with industries, factories, and employers.

• Collect and update information about job opportunities and vacancies.

• Develop and maintain a database of trained graduates.

• Match candidates with suitable job openings and facilitate the recruitment process.

• Organize job fairs, employer–employee meetings, and interviews.

• Provide career guidance, resume writing, and interview preparation support.

• Conduct sessions on employability and soft skills.

• Keep track of employed graduates and maintain placement records.

• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly placement reports to the authority.

• Work closely with trainers, administrative staff, and project teams (such as ASSET/NSDA).

• Ensure achievement of placement targets as per project requirements.
