Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage dry process & laser development, bulk production consistency, review approval, also review processes formulas.
∎ Accountable for end-to-end dry process & laser performance tracking.
∎ Maintain seasonal standards, shade band approval record and dry process + laser library.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experience in dry process & laser development especially in Denim
∎ Responsible, detail-minded, well organized, systematic, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
∎ Pass colour evaluation eye testing
∎ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the above position At least 5 years working experience in dry process & laser development especially in Denim of which, at least 5 years in Jeanswear
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (essentially MS Word & MS Excel)
∎ Proficient in English
