∎ BBA/ MBA is preferred

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This role involves regular merchant payment, handling card settlement and dispute including E-Commerce acquiring & issuing.
∎ Individual must be having detail know how of E-commerce/ digital acquiring transaction flow, related settlement and dispute handling, reconciliation process and updated regulatory guideline.
∎ Ensure all process/ policies/ reports and system supports are there for timely completion of settlement and dispute.
∎ Must be capable of handling Islamic Credit and Debit card settlement, reconciliation and through with Sariah guideline related to card product.
∎ Assist Unit /Department Head to manage the overall activities of the unit to achieve the common goal.
∎ Ensure operational disciplines such as capacity and risk management are well embedded, measured and tracked.
∎ Ensure efficient processing & faster completion of assigned responsibility.
∎ Drive continuous improvement in productivity and Cost Efficiencies.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and requirements.
∎ Introduce best practice to standardize and automate as much as possible.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 to 4 year in Cards Accounts/Financials and reconciliation area including handling E-commerce transaction and of Islamic product.
∎ High level of judgment and ability to manage complexities is a must, given the portfolio dynamic. This job requires analytical ability with high level of management and leadership skills.
∎ Develop and familiarize with the existing systems/software and build thorough knowledge of the front and back office processes of the products to ensure smooth running of the card portfolio/ business.
