Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Successful performance and demonstrating the desire to learn and ability to grow, means that you will have the opportunity to grow within the company and reach other positions and aspirations.
∎ •             Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking.
∎ •             Sound knowledge in LAN/WAN/WIFI setup and troubleshooting.
∎ •             Provide IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy.
∎ •             Configure Mail client for exchange/POP/IMAP and troubleshooting.
∎ •             Experience of handling & trouble shooting of IP camera, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control device.
∎ •             Maintenance of IT inventory for both hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ •             Work closely with the other team members with positive team player attitude.
∎ •             Network cabling and provide basic support of networking. Online marketing ,Facebook & Social Media  marketing Facebook Boosting
