Responsibilities & Context:
- Successful performance and demonstrating the desire to learn and ability to grow, means that you will have the opportunity to grow within the company and reach other positions and aspirations.
- Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking.
- Sound knowledge in LAN/WAN/WIFI setup and troubleshooting.
- Provide IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy.
- Configure Mail client for exchange/POP/IMAP and troubleshooting.
- Experience of handling & trouble shooting of IP camera, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control device.
- Maintenance of IT inventory for both hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation.
- Work closely with the other team members with positive team player attitude
- Network cabling and provide basic support of networking.
- Online marketing ,Facebook & Social Media marketing Facebook Boosting, Make video & editing for yourtube channel Ecommerce and connecting search marketing
- Graphics designing knowledge (Photoshop and Illustrator )
