Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing on-site and remote end-user support to meet end-user demands and problems.
∎ If necessary, transferring the problem to the relevant teams and follow up until it is resolved.
∎ Managing user definitions and authorizations in systems and applications.
∎ Creating permanent solutions for recurring requests or problems.
∎ In addition to the installation of the devices in the inventory, to organize and follow up the service processes.
∎ Initiating purchases for inventory managed under internal policies, where necessary.
∎ Working for the continuity of business outputs in accordance with company quality standards.
∎ Entering regular and complete data into internal reporting applications for the work done and the services provided.
∎ Writing, contributing to the writing of documentation such as guides, procedures and information, and making presentations, when needed.
∎ Checking the stock status by keeping the end-user inventory, which is the responsibility of the team, up-to-date and ready.
∎ Keeping inventory records of the tools and equipment in their own profession area in the offices under their responsibility.
