Experience:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems
Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
Experience in troubleshooting internet, email, and network connectivity issues
Knowledge of antivirus, data backup, and system security practices
Ability to install and maintain software applications and updates
Familiarity with routers, switches, and basic network devices
Experience in IT asset management and inventory documentation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills to support non-technical users
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, operating systems, application software, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions including desktops, laptops, UPS, routers, switches, and other IT equipment.
Support users with software-related issues such as operating systems, office applications, email, and business software.
Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity to ensure uninterrupted service.
Maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and antivirus checks to ensure data security.
Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for repair, replacement, or advanced technical support.
Ensure proper documentation of IT issues, solutions, and system configurations.
Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Provide basic IT training and guidance to users when necessary.
Support IT-related tasks during office setup, relocation, or system upgrades.
