Responsibilities & Context:
Successful performance and demonstrating the desire to learn and ability to grow, means that you will have the opportunity to grow within the company and reach other positions and aspirations.
Maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, installing OS/software, and networking.
Sound knowledge in LAN/WAN/WIFI setup and troubleshooting.
Provide IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy.
Configure Mail client for exchange/POP/IMAP and troubleshooting.
Experience of handling & trouble shooting of IP camera, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control device.
Maintenance of IT inventory for both hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation.
Work closely with the other team members with positive team player attitude.
Network cabling and provide basic support of networking.
Mikrotik Configuration and Maintenance.
Linux server configuration and maintenance.
