∎ Age 21 to 26 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound knowledge on endpoint security solutions, Firewall, LAN, Switching, Data backup, Microsoft cloud solutions, outlook, mail system, switch, router, IT security, DNS & DHCP etc.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.CCTV System (IP Camera), PABX System, Attendance machine configure & maintenance.
∎ Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops.
∎ Communicates with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve.
∎ Maintain existing IT infrastructure, applications and technical solutions, identifying problems and anticipating requirements.
∎ Support to run smooth IT operations and conduct troubleshooting to resolve problems.
∎ Receive complaints from various users within a specific time frame and ensure regular maintenance of Hardware, LAN, CCTV, IP phone, attendance device and more.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about networking & Router Configure. Provide network support for Internet, email and ERP connection of all existing employees and new joiners.
∎ Should have ability to Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration, Diagnose and resolved computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ Adequate knowledge in Hardware & Software & all kinds of IT equipment.
∎ Should have strong communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & independently with fixed deadlines.
