Responsibilities & Context:
Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting.
Installation and fixing of computer hardware, software, network and its configuration.
Provide timely technical assistance via phone, email, chat, or in-person to internal staff and external clients.
Maintain and update network documentation and reports.
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.
Monitor and maintain company IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, servers, printers, CC Camera and internet connections.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance, operating systems, and network connectivity.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as data backups, antivirus updates, and patch management.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and other IT assets.
Collaborate with vendors for procurement and warranty support.
Ensure data security and support compliance with IT policies.
Must have knowledge of inventory management.
A mindset to work during holidays if necessary.
A positive attitude toward physical work (IT related) is essential.
