∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Level-1 support for ETL’s entire internal IT-enabled services.
∎ Ensure all our IT-enabled services are up & running.
∎ Support user in-person/remote in regards to: IP Phone, Email, Laptop/Desktop.
∎ Ensure all [unless exempted] ETL’s users are under group policy control.
∎ Ensure our Surveillance System across entire ETL is up & running with ensured recording.
∎ Ensure our NAS is up & running with ensured snapshots & redundancy.
∎ Ensure Email setup with new/existing users.
∎ LAN, Access Control, IP Phone, UCM manage/administration.
∎ Manage ISP Vendors and ensure max. Uptime.
∎ Upgrade / fix IT hardware devices in collaboration with CCSP team.
∎ Escalate any issues to next-level support engineers in-case Level-1 fails to address on time.
∎ Promote/propose any IT-operation improvement plan.

∎ Age 20 to 25 years
