Experience:

  • Minimum 3/5 years of experience in IT Sales, with a strong emphasis on New Business Development within the IT sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, including web design and development, software development, app development, digital marketing, and IT support.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring a team is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English and Bengali.



Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic Objective: TechSolutions Plex Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive with a strong focus on Business Development to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence in Bangladesh. This role will be crucial in promoting our comprehensive suite of IT services and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect potential new clients across various industries in Bangladesh.
  • Generate leads through direct meet, cold calling, networking, and other business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Understand client business needs and challenges to propose relevant IT solutions from our service portfolio (Website UX/UI Design, Design & Development, Ecommerce Website, Web Based and Software Development, App Development, Domain & Hosting, IT Technical Support, Digital Marketing).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the initial phase.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Team Leadership (Desired):

  • Potentially lead and mentor a small team of sales or business development representatives in the future.
  • Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Assist in setting team targets and monitoring performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
