Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Computer Application (MCA) in Computer Science
∎ Master's degree in Information Technology or computer science or related field.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical, C++, Java, PHP, Problem Solving, SQL.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Information technology, NGO/ Other Services, Software Architect, System Analyst
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Database Architecture, Design and Integration.
∎ Design and Develop Management Information System for Corporate Support Group and Administration.
∎ Database development that will enhance the information flow of the organization, allowing the proper systems and processes to be integrated with the organization's best practices ensuring consistency and stability.
∎ Prepare Usage Guidelines, Tutorials, Training, and Documents that can help both IT People & Users and preservation of source code / DBA with updated flow charts.
∎ Responsible for the daily operations, support, backup, recovery and efficiency of server systems, data stores, and related enterprise framework.
∎ Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
∎ Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Develop Web system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system software, and operating and system management
∎ Establish accountability and control at each level of software implementation process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be highly proficient in the Large Scale Database centered Solution Development.
∎ Vast Experience in the following Languages: C/C++, Java, C#, TSQL, Java Script, PHP.
∎ Knowledge of any of the following is a plus: .NET, WIN 32 API, Carbide IDE, MOJAVI, WEB CMS etc.

Salary: Negotiable
