Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing required departmental activities pertaining to IT, CDBL, and Client Relationships as allocated to you from time to time by the Management of the company.
∎ Installation and maintenance of Desktop computers, Laptops, tablets, Network printers, photocopiers, scanners etc.
∎ Installation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN & LAN-related accessories.
∎ Installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, and restoration of DATA.
∎ Provide primary support for critical system issues and support for escalated issues from users and Data Center Operations.
∎ The individual will ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, security systems (Security Appliance system, Antivirus), and related procedures are functioning smoothly on a daily basis.
∎ Maintaining Operating logs, System logs, Internet using logs, Hardware, and backup media performance & usage evaluations in order to improve performance strategies in an effective manner.
∎ Plans, designs, and implements data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN)
∎ Maintaining active communication with existing and prospective customers.
∎ Checking on a regular basis the networking issues to have smooth performances of all stuff.
∎ Acquiring knowledge of established rules & regulations of BSEC and other regulatory bodies with the latest changes.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
