Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and another IT appliance.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Overseeing all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc.
∎ Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system in used).
∎ Cabling and Crimping network cables & connectors as per requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ 1-5 years of working experience with relevant technologies.
