Responsibilities & Context:
Provide day-to-day IT support across the hospital.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
Manage and maintain server systems and backups.
Support and monitor hospital management software (ERP).
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and ensure proper surveillance system functionality.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers for IT-related requirements.
Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure to support hospital services.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the hospital management.
Supervise call center IT Operations and provide technical support to end users.
Provide support to all departments in preparing presentations and reports.
Provide guidance & training to end users on using software and IT equipment.
Supervise & ensure efficient entry of Optics and Pharmacy shop related data.
