Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from any reputed public private universities, Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science Engineering
Job Context:
∎ We are looking fresh IT Officer/ IT Executive.
∎ Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to Router, Switch, PC, Laptop, and Printer related Hardware and software issues instantly.
∎ Must be fluent in English and (the Hindi language will be preferable)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, system management tools, and applications software for both servers/clients
∎ Maintaining third-party service providers to oversee systems and fix security issues
∎ Offer daily operations and systems support
∎ Setting up of computer LAN for a new outlet while providing a solution to IT matters concurrently.
∎ Verify functionality of hardware and software components
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
∎ Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
∎ Restricting access to unauthorized sites, downloads, and users.
∎ Setting up accounts for teachers, staff, educating them on login and resolving issues arising
∎ Install and train end-users of club lightings and controllers
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
∎ Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
∎ Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to handle computer efficiently & good typing speed (English & Bengali) with sound operational knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications, E-mail, Internet/ Online browsing, client support. Self-Motivated, Organized and Responsible. Hardworking, Honest & Flexible.
∎ Problem-solving ability and a strong sense of urgency.
∎ Good communication skills. Ability to work after duty hours at emergency support.
∎ Able to work in night shift.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
