Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV, and other IT equipment
∎ Maintain and monitor LAN, internet, and Wi-Fi systems
∎ Assist in email system setup, user accounts, and server-related tasks
∎ Ensure company IT policies and standards are followed
∎ Deliver clear and empathetic end-user communication and support
∎ Provide Buyer's IT support during audits or visits
