Job Context:
∎ The name "First Dhaka Elevated Expressway (FDEE) Company Limited was register in 2011; was formed, validly established and incorporated under the Companies Act 1994, to meet the requirements of Bangladesh Bridge Authority (BBA) that the Project Company has to sign in concession agreement as "Concessionaire" to the Dhaka Elevated Expressway PPP Project
∎ We are currently looking for a full time IT Officer whose job descriptions and responsibilities would be

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides supports to FDEE users as request
∎ Responsible for daily checking and updating ICT inventory database and reports to Line Manager.
∎ Installation of Windows Server 2012, Domain Controller, DNS Server & DHCP Server.
∎ Configuring laptops / desktop for new FDEE users upon joining the company in accordance with company’s IT policy
∎ Maintain over all network system (LAN, WAN & Wireless)
∎ Creating user mail address in web mail server and installed in MS Outlook.
∎ Creating user account in file station and file server monitoring
∎ Monitoring MFP (Xerox) printer and keep contact to supplier.
∎ Making documentation for purchasing IT equipment and Printers Toner.
∎ Analyze equipment performance records to determine the need for repair or replacement.
∎ Maintaining IP based CCTV camera and the office access control device.
∎ Maintain computer networks including computer hardware, systems software, applications software and all configurations.
∎ Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made.
∎ Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
∎ Plan, Design, implements data backup procedures and manages data on storage devices.
∎ Project website updating using WordPress.
∎ Perform routine check-up-s for different IT issues
∎ Configuring laptop and desktop PC for new users joining as per company IT policy
∎ Manage budget and operational procedure for client based project
∎ Supervise and monitoring company Access Control system.
∎ Maintenance & Connectivity support the PABX System.
∎ User's support according to user's call
∎ Preparing and updating IT inventory list
∎ Reports to Administrative Manager

∎ Age 24 to 48 years
