∎ Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills (for ERP errors, user issues).
∎ Excellent communication (to train users, explain technical concepts simply).
∎ Customer service mindset (patience, responsiveness to end-users).
∎ General knowledge of the garments industry, and how operations in the production process are carried out. (Optional).
∎ An accounting degree/diploma will be highly preferred.
∎ Strong knowledge of SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, UPDATE, stored procedures).
∎ Should have knowledge in Power BI or any data analysis tools.
∎ Ability to map business processes to ERP functionalities and knowledge of data security, compliance, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide first-line and second-line support to ERP end-users (employees, departments).
∎ Perform routine ERP system checks to ensure smooth operation and maintain ERP documentation (reports, user manuals, FAQs, BRD, SRS).
∎ Coordinate with vendors/developers for bug fixes and error.
∎ Assist in testing new ERP modules, integrations, or updates.
∎ Ensure data integrity and security compliance.
∎ Identify recurring issues and propose long-term fixes.
∎ Work with business teams to optimize ERP workflows.
∎ Assist in ERP upgrade/new module implementation projects.
∎ Conduct ERP training sessions for new and existing employees.
∎ Gather user feedback to improve ERP usability.
∎ Create step-by-step guides & video tutorials for common ERP tasks.
∎ Analyze the database structures and SQL queries, write queries, and measure the query performance.
∎ Generate and customize ERP reports (financial, production, payroll, etc.) for departments.
