∎ PC Hardware Installation and Troubleshoot
∎ Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools in Desktop & Laptop
∎ Cable Laying & Punching, Rack dressing & Mount, Cisco Switch & Wi-Fi Router Configuration
∎ Linux, Windows Server 2012/2019 Administration, Disaster Recovery
∎ User Support, Outlook, OS Related and any other operational software etc. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support

Additional Requirements:
∎ Coordination and liaison with all department of the company
∎ Various vendors related to IT Operations
∎ Any task assigned by management
