Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer in Information Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure, monitor & maintain Windows environments.
∎ Troubleshoot system & network problems & Diagnose & solve hardware or software faults and replacing parts as required involves hardware procurement form vendors.
∎ Access Control & CCTV Administration.
∎ Internet Services Management.
∎ Security Management including managing VPNs and firewalls.
∎ Wi-Fi connectivity and access control management.
∎ Troubleshooting & maintenance of IP Management System.
∎ Manage network incident, inventory and resources.
∎ User Support, Design LAN MAN WAN with Copper & fiber, Network & Hardware Knowledge.
∎ Have to operate ERP system of factory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Must have the experience in RMG Factory based IT supporting works through ERP.
∎ Experience and knowledge with Networking and Internal networks
∎ Highly experienced in Graphic design/ Photo shop etc.
∎ PC Hardware support
∎ General programs support
∎ Direct the development, implementation and administration of all IT discipline.
∎ Perform Project management of IT initiatives.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
∎ Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
∎ Oversee hiring, staffing, training, disciplining and performance appraisals.
∎ Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements
∎ Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
∎ Negotiate contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services.
∎ Highly proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, Word, Project
∎ Proficiency in English (Read, Writing, and Speaking)
