Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
∎ Provide Level-1 support via phone, email, or in-person.
∎ System Maintenance: Help in updating and maintaining company systems, applications, and databases.
∎ Perform routine checks on PCs, printers, and network devices.
∎ Installation & Configuration: Assist with installing software, setting up new workstations, and configuring user accounts.
∎ Support in imaging and deploying laptops/desktops.
