Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support end-users with troubleshooting and IT-related queries.
∎ Maintain documentation of IT assets, user support logs, and procedures.
∎ Assist in managing user accounts, emails, and system access rights. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services when required.
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Office management software, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Zoom, remote login software, and FTP Server.
∎ Maintain and monitor LAN, internet, and Wi-Fi systemsConfiguration and operation of internet and data network equipment like switches, routers, Wi-Fi, firewall, etc.
∎ Communicate with vendors regarding problem-solving and procurement.
∎ Configuration and troubleshooting of CCTV, IP Phone, Attendance machine, etc.
∎ Collect the requirement specification from users and provide a solution by communicating with the in-house development team.
