Responsibilities & Context:
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, and handheld devices (Switches, routers, access points);
Basic troubleshooting of networking devices (switches, routers, access points).
Knowledge of CCTV system setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Basic LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of IP addressing, VLAN basics, and cable termination (RJ45 crimping, patch panel setup);
Familiarity with wireless network setup and signal troubleshooting in large production floors;
Ability to generate IT-related reports for production and management. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel PowerPoint for data analysis.
Knowledge of antivirus installation and update.
Basic understanding of firewall rules and internet security policies. Backup management for production data and system configurations.
