Educational Requirements:
∎ IT Diploma / Diploma in Computer Science

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide day to day support the staffs for Desktop, Laptop & Printer, Wi-Fi & E-mail functioning etc.
∎ To ensure the software security system functionality and monitor time to time to protect the company from various threats.
∎ Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing security cameras, computer networks, and other equipment used in video surveillance systems.
∎ Assist to installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
∎ Guide and train the new employees to get used to the IT system of the organization.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
∎ Need to have knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro and other related tasks.
∎ To have the experiences in ERP, IOT, automation, digitalization, Industry 4.0 settings will be Preferred.
∎ Outlook Configure, implement and troubleshoot active network equipment like-OLT, Mikro Tik, switches, router, network appliances, firewalls, Wi-Fi.
∎ Professional Experience on HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Sass, Bootstrap, Java Script and JQuery.
∎ Good knowledge in Hardware, Networking device, IP Phone, Access Control & Mobile device, Microsoft excel and word.
∎ Ability to do multi-task and meet the deadlines.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the superior from time to time.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management

∎ Age 22 to 30 years

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
