∎ 1–2 years in data entry and/or IT support roles.
∎ Prior exposure to financial institutions, NBFIs, or merchant banking environments is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accurately enter, update, and verify client information, BO accounts, IPO forms, and financial data within internal portals and banking systems.
∎ Review source documents to ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CDBL, BSEC).
∎ Generate reports on BO activity, transaction volumes, and documentation completeness as required by Audit, Compliance, or Operations.
∎ Maintain both physical and digital filing systems with proper indexing, backup routines, and audit trails.
∎ Collaborate with Finance and Research teams to input and manage data relevant to market intelligence and portfolio performance.
∎ Serve as the first point of contact for local IT issues: connectivity, printer, PC, or login problems.
∎ Configure workstations for new users—set up emails, access permissions, antivirus, and network drives.
∎ Monitor LAN/Wi-Fi status and escalate unresolved issues to central IT or external vendors.
∎ Maintain logs of IT activities, user incidents, and hardware/software usage.
∎ Assist with backup procedures, system update tracking, and basic cybersecurity compliance.
∎ Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
∎ Calm and resourceful when resolving urgent technical issues.
∎ Maintains strict confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
∎ Organized, dependable, and able to multitask across technical and administrativeduties.
∎ Familiarity with BO account processes, merchant banking compliance, and CDBL workflows.
∎ Awareness of IT control protocols, asset documentation, and audit-readiness.
∎ Basic understanding of LAN/WAN configuration and data security protocols.
