∎ There is a vacancy for the following regular position based at LAMB head Office, Parbatipur, Dinajpur:
∎ Job Summary: The role is primarily technical, assisting the IT coordinator and IT supervisors. The IT Assistant will work under the IT coordinator to solve hardware and software problems for LAMB; and set up and maintain computers, tablets, e-mails, data backup for all LAMB departments/projects
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance of IT equipment on regular basis
∎ Setting up Wi-Fi routers in consultation with IT coordinator to ensure adequate planning
∎ Setting up printers, computers and tablets as per LAMB standard
∎ Troubleshooting computer, tablet, printer, scanner, Wi-Fi hardware and software issues
∎ Provide IT training for staff in coordination with IT coordinator and IT supervisor
∎ Provide induction to New Joinee’s
∎ Maintaining documents according to LAMB policy and procedure
∎ Communicating with clients, vendors and partners
∎ Help with IT asset inventory
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 11800 (Monthly)
