∎ প্রাসঙ্গিক অভিজ্ঞতা সহ মাধ্যমিক স্কুল সার্টিফিকেট (এসএসসি)।
∎ খাদ্য নিরাপত্তা এবং স্যানিটাইজেশন অনুশীলনের জ্ঞান।
∎ রান্নাঘরের সরঞ্জামাদি সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান।
∎ বিস্তারিত এবং পরিচ্ছন্নতার প্রতি দৃঢ় মনোযোগ।
∎ মৌলিক যোগাযোগ বিষয়ে দক্ষতা।
∎ পরিবর্তিত প্রয়োজনীয়তার সাথে খাপ খাইয়ে নেওয়ার ক্ষমতা।
∎ যে কোন প্রতিকূল এবং অধিকতর জরুরী পরিস্থিতিতে স্থিতিশীল কর্মদক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে সকল কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
∎ প্রদত্ত মেনু অনুযায়ী নির্দিষ্ট উপাদান ব্যবহার করে স্বাস্থ্যসম্মত এবং উচ্চ-মানের খাবার প্রস্তুত করা।
∎ খাবার প্রস্তুত করতে খাবারের উপাদান পরিষ্কার করে রন্ধন উপযোগী করা।
∎ প্রদত্ত নির্দেশিকা অনুযায়ী ওয়ার্ক স্টেশন সেট আপ করা।
∎ রান্নার স্থান, সরঞ্জাম এবং পাত্রসমূহ পরিষ্কার রাখা।
∎ রান্নাঘর ও খাবার সংরক্ষণ স্থান নিয়মিত জীবাণুমুক্তকরণ নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ দৈনন্দিন ও সাপ্তাহিক পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খভাবে পরিচালনা করা।
∎ তৈরিকৃত খাবার নির্ধারিত সময়ে পরিবেশনের জন্য প্রস্তুত রাখা।
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রদত্ত ইউনিফর্ম পরিধান করা এবং ব্যক্তিগত পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রাখা।
∎ ব্যক্তিগত প্রতিরক্ষামূলক সরঞ্জাম পরিধান করে রান্নঘরে কাজ করা।
∎ সমস্ত স্টাফ মিটিং এবং প্রশিক্ষনে সময় মত যোগদান করা।
∎ বিভাগীয় প্রধান কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত অন্য যে কোন কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
