Job Responsibilities:
∎ Skill developments & ensuring the Zero skill gap for the f Style allocations, SMV
∎ Operation chart validation, Machine & Man power calculations
∎ Preparation of New styles, Training, sampling, ECRS & PP meetings follow ups
∎ Ensuring smooth change overs & reducing the bucket loss
∎ Productivity monitoring, Time study, work study & Method improvements
∎ Reports preparations & problem solving techniques
∎ Knowledge to develop the Kaizens & equipment/attachments/guides improvements
∎ Set up the targets & execution skills
∎ Identify & improve the bottle neck operations, low performing operators & Line balancing skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Good communication skill, good report making skill.
