Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing the timely receipt of material/items at stores, ensuring proper storage and maintaining inventory.
∎ Prepare stock statements in the store on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis and submit it to the relevant Authority.
∎ Inform the concern/purchase department well in advance about the items.
∎ Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.
∎ To ensure effective and continuous control over stocking and under stocking through review physical inventories periodically.
∎ Maintain stock and consumption records.
∎ Liaison with the head office.
∎ Preserve necessary documents.
∎ To protect and safeguard material items from wastage, pilferage, theft, fire and others.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have computer skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Real Estate sector.
∎ Ability work under pressure.
∎ Must be honest, sincere and hardworking.
Salary: Negotiable
