About the Job: We are looking for an experienced Inventory and Accounts Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in managing inventory, accounts, and audits. The right person will be detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in handling stock and financial records accurately.

Main Duties:

Inventory Management

• Track and manage stock levels to ensure availability of products in different locations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers for restocking and product orders.
• Maintain an organized system for storing and labeling products.

Accounts Management

• Record daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payments.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Prepare financial reports, such as profit and loss statements.
• Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.

Audit and Compliance

• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify and report any inconsistencies in inventory or accounts.
• Assist external auditors with data and documentation as needed.

Reporting:

• Generate regular reports on inventory status, sales, and expenses.
• Provide insights and suggestions to improve inventory and financial efficiency.
