Job Responsibilities for Intern – Course Coordination & IT (WordPress Development or Mobile APP Development)

• Assist in managing and coordinating online and offline training sessions.

• Communicate with students, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth course execution.

• Maintain student records, attendance, and feedback collection.

• Support the preparation of course materials, slide decks, and training schedules.

• Handle inquiries related to course enrollment, schedules, and content.

• Assist in organizing webinars, live sessions, and online meetings.

• Develop, update, and maintain the company’s WordPress-based website.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and hosting.

• Assist in website content management, including course listings, blog posts, and student portals.

• Optimize the website for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

• Ensure proper integration of payment gateways, registration forms, and learning management systems (LMS).

• Collaborate with the team to improve the website’s user experience and functionality.
