Responsibilities & Context:
- Field Activation & Brand Operations:
- Assist the marketing team during in-store activations, campaigns, and brand events.
- Support store opening preparations—setup, branding materials, décor, product placement, and coordination with vendors
- Coordinate on-field logistics and delivery follow-ups for marketing materials, POS items, and promotional merchandise.
- Coordinate event photos/videos and collect feedback or customer insights during activations.
- Ensure proper branding visibility and adherence to company guidelines at all activation sites.
- Maintain communication between field team and head office for timely updates and reporting.
- Prepare short post-event summaries and assist in analyzing campaign effectiveness.
- Provide support for any emergency or ad-hoc field assignments related to marketing operations.
- Qualifications
- Social Media Query Management:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and queries on all official social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and document recurring customer concerns and feedback to help improve services and communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Escalate complex queries to relevant teams while maintaining ownership of the communication.
- Assist in preparing reports on query trends, response times, and customer sentiment.
- Suggest improvements to enhance social media engagement and customer satisfaction.
