Education:
Fresh graduate from a recognized university. A study background in Social Science such as development studies, law, economics, finance, public administration, gender studies, environmental studies, or international relations has proven to be the most advantageous.
Good writing and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Fundamental knowledge of MS-word, MS-excel and MS-power point.
Understanding of principles of social democracy
Enhanced knowledge of at least any one of the prime areas of activity of FES: Labour relations; Gender justice; Economic policy, Geopolitics, Climate justice and Just Transition

Location: Dhaka, but willing to travel across the country

Job Description:
The intern/s will get opportunities to gain hands-on experiences by contributing to the proper implementation of FES programmes. The tasks consist in:
Assist in organising events, including meetings, seminars, trainings, and workshops;
Support the planning and coordination of outreach and communication activities with partners and participants;
Maintain records and ensure all relevant bills and vouchers;
Prepare documentation and provide administrative support;
Assisting in procuring programme related logistics and services;
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas, support minute-taking and reporting;
Conduct literature reviews, undertake online research and verify data accuracy in consultation with the supervisor;
Provide support to the Finance and Administration department when needed;
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisors.
