∎ Experience: A solid background in student counseling, foreign study consultancy, student visa processing, and admissions for various countries, especially in the UK, USA, Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, and across Europe.·
∎ Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Whether you’re crafting an email to a student or delivering an in-depth counseling session, we want someone who can do it with clarity and a bit of charm.·
∎ Personality: A pleasant demeanor and excellent presentation skills are essential. We believe in building relationships based on trust and respect, and a good sense of humor doesn’t hurt either (if you can make us laugh, you’re already ahead!).·

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Expert Counseling: Provide personalized, face-to-face, online, and multimedia-based counseling (via phone, WhatsApp, social media, etc.) to students aspiring to study abroad. Offer comprehensive advice on programs, universities, colleges, tuition costs, scholarships, and cost of living across various countries.·
∎ Visa Guidance & Application Support: Assist students in understanding visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures for their chosen destination. Ensure that each student is well-prepared to navigate the often-complicated visa process without the stress (because who needs that?).·
∎ Financial Planning Assistance: Guide students through the financial planning process, advising on funding options, scholarships, and cost of living to ensure they are fully prepared to manage their education abroad.·
∎ Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with senior management to provide detailed reports, contribute to special projects, and support the team in achieving its goals. Your attention to detail will help us maintain the high standards we’re known for (and possibly save us from a few bureaucratic nightmares).
∎ We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Senior Counselors and Counselors with extensive experience in student counseling, particularly for destinations such as the USA, UK, Australia, Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, Singapore, and other European regions. The ideal candidates should possess an in-depth understanding of the full spectrum of student services, including but not limited to admission processes, visa guidance, academic counseling, and financial planning.
