Responsibilities & Context:
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭
- You`ll help colleagues from different countries and keep good relationships with them and the company`s management.
- As an International Relations Officer, you`ll work with partners, clients, and collaborators worldwide, including Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Lead the international team with expertise.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues from around the world and use persuasion to achieve common goals.
- Work together with companies different departments like marketing, Human Resource, Accounts, operations and Management.
- Make plans for the future and quick decisions to solve problems.
- Keep an eye on how well the international team is doing and help them improve.
- Work closely with the HR team in Europe.
- Make sure new international hires feel welcome with special programs.
- Keep up to date with HR technology to make processes smoother.
- Stay cool under pressure and handle lots of tasks at once.
