Agri Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating new business leads.
∎ Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
∎ Collect Information from Trader to potential buyers.
∎ Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
∎ Always be aware of our competitor's marketing strategies and business.
∎ Increasing brand awareness and market share.
∎ Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
∎ Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
∎ Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
∎ Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
∎ Answers questions from clients about products.
∎ Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
∎ Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals.
∎ Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and Management.
∎ Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
∎ Day to day client visit for new business opportunities and building strong business relationships with clients.
∎ Other duties assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in either one or more of the following: agricultural market and/or agribusiness development, agricultural commodities trade promotion and/or facilitation, etc.
∎ Strong knowledge about international market for fresh fruits and vegetable exports.
∎ Knowledge of issues around technical barriers to trade including food safety, SPS, certification, grades and standards.
∎ Team management.
∎ Good communication in English, Time Management, knowledge of export laws and regulations, identifying the target customer.
∎ Good knowledge must be required for operating Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Word etc.).
∎ Good knowledge about graphics designing will be an added value.
