Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be through with Accounting Standards.
∎ Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations and management policies.
∎ Assist in planning, organizing and carrying out the internal audit function.
∎ Review and follow - up the Internal Audit Schedule as set by superior.
∎ Evaluate, examine policies, procedures and systems.
∎ Check bill, vouchers, registers and all other related documents to ensure proper record keeping.
∎ Conduct physical inventory of the goods with the stock report as per management instruction. * Prepare the inventory report and submit to the Head of the Department.
∎ Check MRR, Stock Ledger, Gate pass, Challan, Petty cash of project, Materials incoming & outgoing records to prepare report and submit to head of department.
∎ Have good knowledge on export-import procedure.
∎ Any other special task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in English, Knowledge of ERP Software Systems is Mandatory, Working Experience in readymade garments.
